Helicopter Spins Wildly into Palm Trees at Popular California Shoreline
An aircraft flying above a popular coastal coastline suddenly commenced twirling out of control, ultimately dropping height and smashing into a row of palm trees as onlookers observed.
Recordings uploaded online capture the aircraft beginning to twirl above the shoreline then plunging towards the perimeter of the shore, where it gets stuck among palm trees and a staircase adjacent to the Pacific Coast highway.
First Aid Update
Local firefighters reported five individuals were rushed to the hospital comprising two who were in the aircraft and were “safely pulled from the wreckage” following the crash on Saturday.
Three people on the pavement were hurt. Information on their wounds were not yet released.
The cause of the crash was not immediately released.
